Before Seddon Done Construction
It takes a lot of pride, passion and dedication to produce outstanding work, before SDC there were many projects David was involved with and below only outlines a small portion...
Spires Estate Stage 2, Baldivis
This was one of David's first projects as a supervisor. This was a great project to be involved with, with amazing contours and a great design. This project would lead to ongoing work and further stages within the estate.
Frankland Sports Complex, Hammond Park
Working with Shelford Construction this was another project with its own set of challenges dealing with outsourced contractors, 30,000 m2 of turf prep which involved the import of 4,500m3 of turf sand and 500m3 of C-wise soil conditioner.
Shelford Construction was an absolute delight to work alongside with.
Spires Estate Stage 13, Baldivis
Another stage completed at Spires Estate and another rewarding project with the first floor-ball court constructed within a POS in WA.
Amazing gabion walls and 2 tone exposed concrete really sets this one off, a lot of time was spent on the wall set out and it shows with great lines.
Shoreline Estate, Coggee
Shoreline was a very challenging project, another incredible project and a very proud moment on completion with a very happy architect and developer. With limited access, this project had its own set of challenges with rammed earth walls, mature transplant trees, custom BBQ and amazing wall details.
Beachside, Coogee
Continuing on from the design of Shoreline Estate, David was requested to be involved with this project due to the complexity of the build.
He loves a challenge and this one was no exception with a lot of pre-planning, staged walls and pre-installation of trees, irrigation and boulders.
Another very rewarding project with amazing detail.
Baldivis Parks POS G, Baldivis
This was a very simple build. Bulk earthworks, huge quantities of concrete and large turf areas.
Poor drainage in the playground resulted in subsoil drainage to be installed, custom bbq with a concrete bench top, slight design modification to the shelter lighting which ended in a great effective result.
